Our kitchen remodel Process
We start with planning and designing your perfect kitchen space. Next comes material selections, after which, we start demolition. Construction follows, ending with the final walk-through.
- Plan & Design: We create a kitchen layout that fits your lifestyle, set a budget, and source the material. This is also where we obtain permits if necessary for your scope of work.
- Prepare Space: Our team will start by putting up plastic walls to contain dust and other debris. Demolition will follow, addressing any structural changes.
- Skilled Execution: Rough-in work will be completed first, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and drywall. Next comes installation of the selected material like cabinets, countertops, Tile Etc.
- Final Walk-Through: If permits were required, we pass the final inspection. The final walk-through follows, and the work is approved by the homeowner. After that, we do the final cleaning and you settle back in.
Every step is designed to restore your home comfortability and give you peace of mind without the stress of an unorganized kitchen remodel experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost of a kitchen remodel?
Costs will depend on the scope of work. Typically a full remodel with no appliance location changes would be between $30k-$60k. Reconfiguring the layout with appliances would add another $8k-$10k.
How long will it take to remodel my kitchen?
With our astounding efficiency, we complete kitchen remodels in about two weeks! Of course, it always depends on the amount of changes.
Will I need permits for my project?
Every situation is nuanced, however there’s a general rule: If plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work is necessary, permits are required.
What details get overlooked most often?
One thing we remind clients is to consider the type of lighting they want for the space. These can be can lights, pendants, LED strips, etc. Another thing is outlet placement to ensure the most functional flow.
What are the latest kitchen design trends?
Current trends emphasize warmth and organic textures. We are moving away from sterile white spaces and towards moody greens, blues, and warm woods. Elements include curved islands, statement backsplash, and functional zones like coffee/beverage bars.
Which brands of finish material can you install?
We are flexible with sourcing and installing material. You can choose whichever tile, faucet, or hardware you love, and we can source them for you.
How do we live without a kitchen during construction?
We plan our work to minimize disruption and keep your home clean throughout the project. We recommend setting up a temporary kitchen with small appliances like microwave, toaster, etc. We can also move your fridge and plug it into a convenient temporary location.
