About This Build

This whole-home refresh touched the kitchen, the bathroom, and every floor in the house. Before laying a single plank, we poured concrete floor leveler so the new luxury vinyl flooring would sit perfectly flat — the kind of step you never see, but always feel. The kitchen kept its layout and gained an entirely new personality: new cabinets in a carefully selected color, a waterfall-edge countertop, tile backsplash, new appliances, and thoughtfully placed light fixtures. In the bathroom, we added a window where there had been no natural light at all, then built an earthy, calming space around it — wood tones, green tile, gold plumbing fixtures, and a vanity countertop that continues right into the wall niches as a sill.
