When this family called us, they were living every homeowner’s worst fear. Their previous contractor had tried to cut corners by burning old flooring in the chimney — and set the house on fire, leaving it stripped to bare bones. We took over from that exact moment and rebuilt the entire home from the studs out: new framing, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, new siding, a brand-new kitchen, five full bathrooms, flooring, doors, and complete painting. We handled every permit, every material order, and every delivery, so the family never had to relive the chaos. Four months later, they walked back into a home that was safer, brighter, and better built than the one they lost.
