About This Build

After decades of working and dreaming, this newly retired couple bought a house with one goal: make it everything they’d ever imagined. The home they purchased wasn’t there yet — flat ceilings, floors at mismatched heights, dated finishes, and an exterior showing its age. We reimagined the entire property. Inside, we vaulted the ceilings, leveled the sunken floors, redesigned the kitchen around how they actually live, and updated the bathrooms. Outside, new windows, new roofing, a rebuilt deck, and fresh finishes gave the home a completely modern face — with new electrical, plumbing, and drywall behind the walls to match. The result is a home that finally fits the life they retired for.
