The Designer’s Own Home

When an interior designer hires a contractor for her own home, the bar is set high. She came to us with a detailed vision for two bathrooms and a staircase — and trusted us to execute every line of it. In the primary bath, we borrowed space from an oversized walk-in closet to create a genuinely spacious retreat: a large walk-in tile shower, a double-sink vanity, and heated tile floors. The guest bath was fully redone with a new tub, a unique tile surround, and heated floors of its own. The centerpiece of the project is the staircase accent wall — every piece of wood laid by hand, one at a time, finished with a chandelier that makes the stairway feel like a gallery.
